Basil truffle seasoning
Tuber Aestivum Vittad.
A fragrant powder containing basil, Parmesan cheese and summer truffle. It’s excellent on pasta, pizza, vegetable dishes, potatoes or simply with a nice tomato.

Ingredients
Potato flakes, rice flour, basil powder (origin: EU), freeze-dried PARMESAN CHEESE (MILK), salt, aroma, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum, Vittad.) 1% (origin: EU), garlic.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat, in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Shelf life
24 months.
Instructions for use
Add the truffle seasoning directly to ready-made dishes or during cooking.

Caprese salad with tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and basil truffle powder SACCHI
Serves 4
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 360 g buffalo mozzarella
- basil and truffle powder SACCHI
- Olive oil to taste
Method
Clean and cut the tomatoes as desired. Drain and cut the mozzarella into pieces the same size as the tomatoes. Season with a drizzle of olive oil and our SACCHI basil and truffle seasoning. You won’t need to add anything else to your recipe!
Arrange the ingredients on a serving plate, then finish with an extra sprinkle of the seasoning to add a unique, savoury truffle fragrance.
For an extra touch, finish the recipe with SACCHI carpaccio or truffle shavings.
