Ingredients
CHEDDAR powder (origin: EU) (CHEESE, salt, emulsifier: sodium phosphates E450, colouring: paprika extract E160c), potato flakes, rice flour, freeze-dried PARMESAN (MILK), salt, aroma, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum, Vittad.) 1.5% (origin: EU).
Storage
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat, in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Shelf life
24 months.
Instructions for use
Add the truffle seasoning directly to ready-made dishes or during cooking.

Fried potato sticks and SACCHI truffle cheddar sprinkles with bacon
Serves 4
- fried potatoes, as needed
- sunflower seed oil
- SACCHI cheddar and truffle powder seasoning
- 8 slices of bacon
Method
To crisp the bacon, place it in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes, then break it up with your hands. Heat the frying oil to 180°C, add the chips and fry until golden brown. Drain and dry on kitchen paper. Season the chips with SACCHI cheddar & truffle powder in a container, without adding salt. Arrange the chips on a plate with the bacon and, while they are still hot, sprinkle over some SACCHI truffle cheddar for an extra special flavour.
