Ingredients
RICOTTA, water, CREAM, champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, corn starch, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), salt, sugar, thickener: xanthan gum, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, aroma, white truffle (Tuber magnatum, Pico) 0.1% (Origin: EU), parsley, garlic.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.
Shelf life
36 months.
Instructions for use
Cold: Use directly. For hot dishes, heat slightly to preserve the aroma of the truffle.

SACCHI tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and Boscaiola cream
Serves 4
- Sacchi tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (500 g)
- Boscaiola cream: 340 g
- Fresh peas: 100 g
- Diced cooked ham: 70 g
- Fresh truffle (optional)
Method
Brown the diced ham in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the peas, followed by the boscaiola cream. Cook the Sacchi tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms in boiling salted water. Drain, then toss with the prepared sauce. Serve with a sprinkle of SACCHI fresh truffle shavings for an added touch of elegance.
