Ingredients
RICOTTA, water, CREAM, sunflower seed oil, corn starch, salt, sugar, thickener: xanthan gum E415, antioxidant: ascorbic acid E300, aroma, white truffle (Tuber magnatum, Pico) 0.1% (Origin: EU), saffron, colouring: paprika extract.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.
Shelf life
36 months.
Instructions for use
Cold: Use directly. For hot dishes, heat slightly to preserve the aroma of the truffle.
Recipes
Risotto with SACCHI saffron cream and truffles
Serves 4
- SACCHI Risotto with truffles and Mushrooms: 340 g
- SACCHI Saffron cream: 170 g
- Sausage: 160 g
- Butter to taste
- Vegetable broth or water, approx. 800 ml.
- Fresh truffle (optional)
Method
Toast the rice with SACCHI truffles, then add the vegetable broth or water. Continue adding liquid until the rice is cooked. While the rice is cooking, brown the sausage in a pan with a little Olive oil. Once cooked, stir in the saffron cream and a knob of butter, then add the browned sausage. Serve with a few slices of fresh SACCHI truffle for an elegant touch.
