Creamy pecorino cheese, black pepper and white truffle

Tuber Magnatum Pico


A Roman tradition with a gourmet twist: a cream sauce made with pecorino cheese, black pepper and white truffle. Try it with tonnarelli or gnocchi.

Ingredients

RICOTTA, water, PECORINO CHEESE, CREAM, sunflower seed oil, corn starch, salt, pepper, thickener: xanthan gum, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, aroma, white truffle (Tuber magnatum, Pico) 0.1% (Origin: EU).


Storage

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.


Shelf life

36 months.


Instructions for use

Cold: Use directly. For hot dishes, heat slightly to preserve the aroma of the truffle.

Tonnarelli pasta with cheese and pepper

Serves 4

  • 480 g tonnarelli pasta
  • 170g Cacio & Pepe Sacchi cream
  • Fresh truffle (optional)

Method

Cook the tonnarelli in boiling salted water. Drain, then toss with our SACCHI Cacio e Pepe cream. Serve with a touch of elegance: some fresh SACCHI truffle slices.
