Hot truffle seasoning

A spicy powder with summer truffle, paprika, chilli pepper and turmeric. Perfect for those who want to add a burst of flavour and aroma to their dishes.

Ingredients

Paprika powder (origin: non-EU), rice flour, potato flakes, salt, chili powder (origin: non-EU), turmeric powder, sugar, aroma, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum, Vittad.) 1% (origin: EU).


Storage

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat, in a dry and well-ventilated place.


Shelf life

24 months.


Instructions for use

Add the truffle seasoning directly to ready-made dishes or during cooking.


Recipes

Shrimp salad with crispy vegetables, mayonnaise, and a sprinkling of hot truffle seasoning SACCHI

Serves 4

  • 360 g blanched shrimp
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 160g green beans
  • 200g fresh rocket
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • SACCHI hot truffle powder seasoning to taste

Method

Blanch the prawns in salted water and the green beans in clean water. Then cool them both in cold water. Clean and finely chop all the remaining vegetables, except the rocket. Season them in a bowl with olive oil and SACCHI hot truffle powder. To assemble the dish, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom and cover with rocket and the seasoned vegetables. Arrange the prawns on top and sprinkle with more SACCHI hot truffle powder seasoning.
