A hot sauce with a bold flavour, inspired by sriracha, and enhanced with the addition of summer truffle and a subtle hint of cumin. Perfect for those who love spicy flavours with a gourmet twist.

Ingredients

Sriracha sauce (chili pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, preservatives, stabilizer: xanthan gum) (Origin: Extra EU), water, agave syrup, sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum, Vittad.) 1% (Origin: EU), thickener: xanthan gum, aroma, cumin.


Storage

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat. After opening: in the fridge between 0-4°.


Shelf life

36 months.


Instructions for use

Shake the bottle before use to ensure an even distribution of the aroma. For best results, serve the sauce at room temperature.


Recipes

Toast with avocado, fried egg, and SACCHI hot truffle sauce

Serves 4

  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 free-range eggs
  • SACCHI hot truffle sauce
  • salt to taste
  • butter to taste
  • Olive oil to taste

Method

Toast the bread slices in a frying pan with butter until browned. Meanwhile, clean and slice the avocado into a fan shape. Next, fry the eggs sunny-side up in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Build the tower of toast, starting with the bread, then the avocado and finally the egg. Finish with our SACCHI hot truffle sauce for a luxurious, spicy touch. If desired, grate some fresh SACCHI truffle on top.
