Ingredients

Tomato puree 58% (Origin: Italy), sugar syrup, button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), white wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: POTASSIUM METABISULPHITE), red wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: POTASSIUM METABISULPHITE), salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum, Vittad.) 1.5% (Origin: EU), thickener: xanthan gum, onion, garlic, aroma.


Storage

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat. After opening: in the fridge between 0-4°.


Shelf life

36 months.


Instructions for use

Shake the bottle before use to ensure an even distribution of the aroma. For best results, serve the sauce at room temperature.

Cheeseburger with SACCHI truffle ketchup sauce

Serves 4

  • 4 Hamburguers
  • SACCHI ketchup sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salad
  • Tomato
  • Bacon
  • Cheese for hamburgers

Method

Brown the burgers and bacon on a grill or in a non-stick frying pan. Slice the tomato. Place the browned burgers on a baking tray lined with baking paper, top with cheese and bake for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Bake the burger buns and lightly toast them. Assemble the burgers with the meat, tomato, salad, bacon and SACCHI ketchup.
