Ingredients
CREAM 65% (origin: Italy), PARMESAN, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, sugar, salt, pepper, aroma, white truffle (Tuber magnatum, Pico) 0.1% (origin: EU).
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.
Shelf life
36 months.
Instructions for use
Cold: Use directly. For hot dishes, heat slightly to preserve the aroma of the truffle.

SACCHI truffle fettuccine with parmesan cream and SACCHI Modena IGP balsamic vinegar pearls & truffle
Serves 4
- SACCHI truffle fettuccine 500 g
- SACCHI Parmesan cream 340 g
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP and Truffle pearls 50 g
- Fresh truffle (optional)
Method
Cook the SACCHI truffle fettuccine in boiling salted water. Drain, then toss with the SACCHI Parmesan cream, adding a little cooking water if necessary to soften the sauce. Arrange the fettuccine in a nest shape and top with a teaspoon of SACCHI Modena IGP balsamic vinegar pearls and truffle. For an extra touch of elegance, add a few slices of SACCHI fresh truffle.
