Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.

Club sandwich with summer truffle shavings/Carpaccio
Serves 2
- 4 slices of crustless white sandwich bread
- 200g marinated salmon, sliced
- Summer truffle slices 45 g bags
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 ox heart tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce
- Mayonnaise with truffle SACCHI
Method
Prepare the hard-boiled eggs and slice them. Wash and slice the lettuce and tomatoes. Place the 4 slices of bread on a work surface and fill only the first three, alternating with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, salmon, hard-boiled eggs, onion, and slices of truffle. Build the sandwich by closing each layer with a slice of sandwich bread, forming a tower starting with the first filled slice and ending with the empty one. Once the club sandwich is formed, cut it diagonally in half to create two triangles. It is recommended to serve with SACCHI truffle chips.
