Ingredients

Artichokes, sunflower seed oil, salt, flavoring.


Instructions for use

Stir the sauce well before use. Gently heat without bringing to a boil, or spread on warm toasted bread or pour over freshly drained pasta.


Storage

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.

Recipes

Gnocchi with sausage, artichoke cream with SACCHI truffle aroma, and licorice powder.

Serves 2

  • 250 g of fresh gnocchi or truffle gnocchi SACCHI
  • 2 sausages without garlic
  • 100 g of artichoke cream with truffle flavour SACCHI
  • Liquorice powder "Amarelli" 6-10 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Method

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Thin the SACCHI truffle-flavored artichoke sauce with 2 small ladles of the pasta cooking water, then crumble the sausage in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and brown it. Immerse the gnocchi in the pot of boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain them and toss them in the pan with the sausage, mixing well. Assemble the dish by placing the cream on the bottom, followed by the gnocchi, and finally sprinkle with a pinch of licorice powder and a grind of pepper.
