Ingredients

Concentrated grape juice, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, glucose-fructose syrup, wine vinegar, modified starch, coloring, flavoring.


Instructions for use

The balsamic vinegar cream with truffle is ready to use and can be applied directly. Shake well before use to ensure an even distribution of the flavors. The recommended dose is one teaspoon per serving.

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources.

Recipes

Baked sea bass with SACCHI white truffle salt and vegetables

Serves 2

  • 600 g of beef rump steak
  • 200 g of arugula
  • 100 g of strawberries
  • 20 ml of SACCHI balsamic vinegar with truffle
  • 50 g of flour
  • White wine
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Method

Start by cutting the beef into strips and then dredging it in flour. Remove the excess flour by sifting the meat with a strainer. Heat a pan with oil and sauté the beef strips for about 2 minutes on each side. Deglaze with the wine and add a bit of water, cooking until you achieve a nice creamy consistency. In a bowl, mix the washed arugula and sliced strawberries, seasoning with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and our SACCHI Balsamic Vinegar with Truffle. Assemble the dish by placing the salad at the bottom and layering the hot beef strips on top. It is recommended to pair this with a nice slice of warm whole grain bread. Enjoy!
