Seasonal pinzimonio with ricotta and SACCHI truffle salt.

Serves 2

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 radishes
  • 250 g of cow's ricotta
  • 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • SACCHI Black Winter Truffle salt
  • mint leaves

Method

Clean and cut all the vegetables into sticks, placing them in a bowl with ice cubes to keep them fresh. In another bowl, combine the ricotta, extra virgin olive oil, mint, and our fine black truffle salt SACCHI until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream. Serve the two bowls in the center of the table, dipping the vegetables into the wonderful ricotta truffle sauce.
