Ingredients
Chickpeas, sunflower seed oil, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), salt, flavoring, rosemary, garlic, pepper.
Instructions for use
Stir the hummus well before use to ensure an even distribution of flavor. Serve the hummus at room temperature to best enhance the truffle aroma. Avoid cooking or heating the hummus.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.

Recipes
Chicken thighs, SACCHI hummus with white truffle, sweet and sour onions and carasau bread
Serves 2
- 4 chicken legs
- 170 g SACCHI white truffle hummus
- 2 red onions
- 200g of vinegar
- 200g sugar
- 5g salt
- carasau bread (or bread bites)
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Method
Boil the chicken thighs in a pressure cooker or a regular pot with a lid for about 20-30 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool, remove the bones, and shred the meat, discarding the skin. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Prepare the sweet and sour onions by slicing them very thin and boiling them for 5 minutes in a marinade of vinegar, sugar, and salt. Drain and let them rest for at least 1 hour before using. Assemble the dish starting with a base of SACCHI white truffle hummus, then add the shredded chicken, sweet and sour onions, and chunks of carasau bread (or croutons). Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
