Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil, flavoring.
Instructions for use
Use sparingly. Truffle oil has a very intense flavor, so a small amount is enough to season dishes. Typically, one teaspoon per serving is sufficient. Always close the bottle tightly after use to preserve the aroma and freshness.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources.

Recipes
Chicken Caesar salad with dressing of EVO oil flavored with white truffle by SACCHI
Serves 2
- 500 g of chicken breast fillets
- 350 g of romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 100 g of rustic bread
- 50-70 g of Grana Padano PDO
- 15 g of mustard
- 5 g of Worcestershire sauce
- 15 g of lemon juice
- Extra virgin olive oil dressing flavored with white truffle by SACCHI
- Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste
Method
Start by cooking the chicken breast fillets on a preheated grill with a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cut the bread into cubes and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Sauté until the croutons are golden brown. Wash the lettuce, dry it in a salad spinner, and chop it.
Plate the individual portions with romaine lettuce, chicken, and croutons. Top with shavings of Grana Padano. Emulsify with an immersion blender the mustard, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, 30 g of SACCHI extra virgin olive oil with white truffle, and a pinch of salt, then dress the salad.
