Ingredients
Semolina (Wheat, Origin: Italy), pasteurized eggs 20% (Origin: EU), white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.1%, aroma.
Instructions for use
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 7 minutes and season to taste.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources.

24 months.

Tagliatelle with white truffle SACCHI
Serves 2
- 250 g of Tagliatelle with White Truffle SACCHI
- 100 g of butter
- 20/25 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2.5 litres of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan and add the tagliatelle. When they are still al dente, drain them and finish cooking in a pan with a ladle of chicken broth, mixing well. Complete the preparation off the heat by vigorously tossing the pasta with butter and Parmesan to create a nice creamy sauce. Serve hot and creamy.
