Serves 2

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 radishes
  • 250g cow's milk ricotta
  • Evo oil 50g
  • SACCHI bianchetto truffle salt
  • Mint to taste

Method

Clean all available vegetables and cut them as desired, then place them in a bowl with ice and set aside. In another bowl, combine ricotta, olive oil, mint, and our SACCHI bianchetto truffle salt, mixing until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream. Serve in the center of the table, dipping the vegetables into the delightful truffle ricotta. Enjoy your meal!
