Ingredients

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis Bull.), olive oil, salt, flavoring.


Instructions for use

Stir the sauce well before use. Gently heat without bringing to a boil, or spread on warm toasted bread or pour over freshly drained pasta.


Storage

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.

Recipes

Roman pinsa, SACCHI porcini cream, arugula pesto, fiordilatte mozzarella and crispy bacon

Ingredients for one pinsa

  • 200 g of pre-cooked Roman pinsa base (or focaccia)
  • 150 g of porcini mushroom cream with truffle flavour SACCHI
  • 100 g of rocket
  • 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 125 g of mozzarella fiordilatte
  • 8 slices of bacon

Method

Start by preparing the arugula pesto by blending together arugula, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and walnuts. Crisp the pancetta in the microwave laid out on paper towels at maximum power for 20-40 seconds. Cut the mozzarella into strips. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and heat the base of the pinsa or focaccia for 10 minutes. While still warm, spread the porcini cream flavored with truffle SACCHI, sprinkle with the arugula pesto, add the mozzarella, the crisped pancetta, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
