Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis Bull.), olive oil, salt, flavoring.
Instructions for use
Stir the sauce well before use. Gently heat without bringing to a boil, or spread on warm toasted bread or pour over freshly drained pasta.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.

Roman pinsa, SACCHI porcini cream, arugula pesto, fiordilatte mozzarella and crispy bacon
Ingredients for one pinsa
- 200g precooked pinsa romana base (focaccia alternative)
- 150g SACCHI porcini cream
- 100g arugula
- Evo oil 50g
- 30g grated parmesan cheese
- 50g walnuts
- 125g mozzarella fiordilatte
- 8 bacon slices
Method
Start by preparing the arugula pesto, blending all the ingredients together ( arugula, oil, parmesan, walnuts ). Crisp up the bacon in the microwave, by placing it on some kitchen roll, on the turntable, on maximum power for 20-40 seconds. Lastly, cut the mozzarella into strips. Let’s start heating our pinsa base in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 min, when still hot, garnish with SACCHI porcini cream, daps of arugula pesto, mozzarella and crispy bacon, drizzle with oil and Enjoy!
