Ingredients
Carob flour (origin: Italy), aromatic preparations (flavorings, rice flour, salt, potato starch, maltodextrin), dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad.) 1% (origin: EU).
Instructions for use
Add the truffle seasoning directly to ready dishes or during cooking.
Storage
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources.

Recipes
Soft shortcrust pastry with truffle Sacchi
Ingredients for a 24 cm mould or 1 kg of biscuits:
- 500 g of flour
- 250 g of butter
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 50 g of Truffle DUST BAGS
- 8 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
Method
Beat the butter and sugar in a stand mixer or with electric whisks. Once the mixture is fluffy, add the whole eggs and mix until fully incorporated. Then, add the SACCHI Truffle Mix, lemon zest, and baking powder. Finally, incorporate the flour and salt and mix until combined. Transfer the dough to a work surface and compact it with your hands. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for about 1 hour. Now you can get creative with tarts or cookies. Recommended baking time: 20 to 24 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
