Sacchi Tartufi’s Truffle and Porcini Mushroom Mayonnaise combines the elegance of summer truffles with the unmistakable intensity of porcini mushrooms, creating a deep, warm, and creamy flavor profile.

Sunflower seed oil, water, PASTEURIZED EGG YOLK, alcohol vinegar, sugar syrup, sugar, salt, thickener: modified corn starch E1422, sugar cane molasses, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 0.6%, white wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: POTASSIUM METABISULPHITE E224), concentrated lemon juice, dehydrated summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum, Vitt.), thickener: xanthan gum E415, flavoring, acidity regulator: lactic acid E270.

Serve cold. It is recommended to use approximately 15-30 grams (1-2 tablespoons) of mayonnaise per serving. Do not heat, do not bring to a boil.

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.
