Ingredients
Potato puree, water, “00” soft wheat flour, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad.), potato starch, rice flour, salt, spices, acidity regulator, preservative.
Instructions for use
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 5 minutes and season to taste.
Storage
Store at room temperature, away from light and heat sources.
Shelf life
12 months.

SACCHI truffle gnocchi with parmesan, sage and truffle sauce SACCHI 5%
Serves 2
- 250 g of truffle gnocchi SACCHI
- 50 g of truffle sauce with 3% summer truffle SACCHI
- 20 g of parmesan cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 1 sage leaf
- salt to taste
Method
Gently heat the SACCHI 5% truffle sauce in a pan with a bit of pasta cooking water and butter. Cook the SACCHI truffle gnocchi in abundant boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain them and toss them into the sauce, lightly mixing with Parmesan cheese and sage. Serve hot, and enjoy your meal!
