Ingredients

Tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad.), salt, brown sugar, garlic, flavoring, oregano.


Instructions for use

Gently heat the sauce over low heat to preserve the truffle aroma. Bring it to a light boil, stirring continuously, until the sauce thickens slightly.


Storage

Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the fridge between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.

36 months.

Steak pizzaiola with SACCHI truffle tomato sauce

Serves 2

  • 6 slices of veal
  • 1 SACCHI truffle tomato sauce
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • dried oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • black olives
  • salt to taste

Method

Let’s start by heating some oil in a pan and infusing it with garlic, chili, oregano, and olives. After about 5 minutes, add our tomato and truffle sauce SACCHI and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, sauté and cook the veal slices over high heat for a couple of minutes on each side; the cooking should be very quick to prevent the meat from becoming tough. Combine the slices with the sauce and plate while still hot, finishing with a sprinkle of dried oregano.
